Darlene is a Chicago based project management specialist with a comprehensive background in contract negotiations, customer relationship management, policy implementation and business process optimization. With experience spanning over two decades in the construction and higher education sectors, she excels at conducting forensic audits of services with results of aligning organizations to their key business objectives and goals.
Throughout her career, Darlene has achieved great success through a wide variety of major project oversights and has been recognized for consistently high scores in client satisfaction surveys. She has led numerous initiatives to optimize budgets, policies and use of resources for many different institutions. With MSGoI, Darlene strives to continue her own brand management style to provide business solutions and help clients maintain successful organizational environments.
